Step 2 – We Source the Product or Supplier

We identify the most appropriate supplier based on:

  • Product suitability
  • Availability and lead times
  • Cost and reliability

If there are options or considerations, we’ll talk them through with you before proceeding.

Step 3 – We Place and Manage the Order

Once approved, we:

  • Place the order on your behalf
  • Manage supplier communication
  • Track progress and delivery
  • Resolve any issues that arise

You don’t need to chase suppliers or manage updates — we do that for you.

Step 4 – Delivery & Completion

Your order is delivered either:

  • Directly to you, or
  • Via MDL Kelex (where appropriate)

If anything isn’t right, we handle it.

Step 5 – Simple Invoicing

  • Your usual payment terms
